An amalgamation

in the end... genre defying dosnt really sum it up, every instrument
& style you can think of mashed up together in jawdropping

a.P.A.t.T.'s latest album entitled 'Black & White Mass'
(Pickled Egg) is from the very outer limits of what pop music
can be whilst being filled-to-bursting with sheer entertainment
value that earned it ‘Album of the
Week’ on Radio 1.

Subsequently,
Huw Stevens invited a.P.A.t.T.
to play the BBC stage at Latitude Festival 2008.
Several other
festivals await a.P.A.t.T., as well as a French tour for 2008.
Another interesting quirk of fate falls upon a.P.A.t.T.; they
have been working with BBC TV on a sitcom,
starring Ralf Little and Johnny Vegas, entitled 'Massive'. a.P.A.t.T.
play a hapless band who sure can play but are just too odd for
mass consumption...Ring any bells!?...
Ralf Little's character describes the band as "Shit".

1 little drum kit, a cheep guitar, 2 trumpets, an old casio
keyboard , an old lapsteal hawwain guitar, some beats, a cheep
bass , a banjo, some dubplates, Big Muff no:184, headphones
used like microphones, a shit mixer, and a melodica...

The Stig Noise Soundsystem start as we’re likely to go
on with intense, overwrought sounds. Based around brass and
drums, it’s a fast improvised exploration of something
approaching tribal doom jazz. As they batter their instruments
with force and feeling, there’s wonderfully odd brain-searing

Christ STIG is some fucked up shit... this is all over the place
chaos!!! Samples, beats, brass, Hawaiian guitars, heavy guitars,
random noise and tons of other shit I cant describe!! The pace
is constantly changing ...scary & crazy shit. Definitely
very punk etho's in its approach: very free and experimental
and quite obviously not giving a fuck what people think. At
times theres a slow reggae feel, then its kind of big band music,
then its totally fucked up noise, then even more fucked up noise,
then its like lounge music... you just gotta hear this because

are a improvised noise collective from Liverpool involving at
times members of The Immigrants, Kling Klang, Stig Noise, a.P.A.t.T.,
Indica Ritual, The International, Mugstar and currently applying
force to a double bass, 14 effects pedals, a bunch of home made
electronics, some throats and upto 5 drummers.
