Sat Dec 3rd was the Final Fused U18s gig - many thanks to The Local Network Fund for the grant to Loose for funding the 2004 and 2005 gigs. It was an excellent afternoon and night... thanks to all who played, all who came as audience, all who helped out as volunteers and the Loose Tech Team, and to The Maestro Greg Oldfield for being our Special Guest. |

And thanks to all the young musicians and helpers (Tank!) who have been part of the last 4 years of U18s gigs which started life at The Queens Hall Studio... sniff, we will miss yas! |

Loose proposes to start Under 18s gigs and workshops (and Over 18s events) at The Queens Hall Studio again - we are just waiting for the council to make a decision... the building has been boarded up empty for 18 months while people struggle to put on gigs... |

Loose is pleased to announce we now have a big grant for a new p.a.for the venue... it took two interviews, a full description of the QH project, a business plan, full financial accounts... and a committee of funders decided to invest in us. They had exactly the same info as the council has had since Feb 7th 2004. |
